• HealthKit data - Only if you grant permission, stored in iOS Health app
• Time awareness and grounding data - Personal reflection notes and mindfulness activities, stored locally

2. How We Use Information

• All data is processed locally on your device
• HealthKit integration allows mood journaling data to appear in iOS Health app (with your permission)
• iCloud sync (optional) backs up your data to your personal iCloud account
• We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal data to third parties
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies are used

3. Data Storage

• Local storage: All app data is stored securely on your device using iOS CoreData
• iCloud sync: Optional backup to your personal iCloud account (user controlled)
• No remote servers: We do not store your data on external servers

5. HealthKit Integration

• Mood journaling data can be saved to iOS Health app with explicit user permission

6. Photo Storage (Premium Feature)

• Photos are stored locally in the app's secure sandbox
• Photos are included in iCloud backup only if you enable iCloud sync
• We only access photos you explicitly capture within the app
• Photos can be deleted individually or all at once through app settings

7. In-App Purchases

• Premium subscriptions ($0.99/month) are processed entirely by Apple
